Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on the seamless implementation of an SMS customer support system to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Create and execute social media content calendars for our social profiles including Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Spearhead initiatives to bolster customer success and support endeavors, resulting in heightened Google and Yelp reviews.
Qualifications:
• Enrollment in a Marketing, Communication, or relevant field of study.
• Proficiency in communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
• Proactive and receptive attitude, poised to contribute and acquire knowledge.
• Competency in software and digital tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
Internship Details:
• Duration: Fall 2023 semester (September – December 2023)
• Commitment: 15-20 hours weekly, Monday-Friday, on-site (with flexibility to accommodate academic obligations)
• Location: Lake Forest, CA
• Compensation: Hourly rate of $17.00
